Does the recipient need to download any application to scan the card?

No application download is ever needed. The recipient simply opens the default camera app on any iPhone or Android smartphone and points it at the QR code. The digital surprise page opens instantly in their native mobile browser.

Can I edit the photos and love letter after the card is printed and delivered?

Yes! The QR code laser-etched onto the physical card links to a permanent, non-guessable URL. Even after the physical card is printed and in your loved one’s hands, you can log into your online dashboard at any time to add new photos, update your message, or change background music.

How long does the digital memory link remain active?

Depending on your chosen package, the digital page remains active for 3 months (Basic), 6 months (Premium), or 12 months (Luxury). Before expiration, you will receive friendly notifications with an option to extend validity for nominal renewal pricing so your memories live on indefinitely.

Can I protect my private photos and letter with a PIN code?

Yes. Our Premium and Luxury packages feature an optional 4-digit PIN security gate. When enabled, anyone scanning the card must enter your secret PIN before any photos, letters, or audio recordings are unlocked.

What is the delivery timeline across Bangladesh?

Delivery coverage and shipping schedules will be announced once commercial courier arrangements are finalized prior to launch. Order status and tracking will be provided upon dispatch.

Is the physical card waterproof and durable for everyday wallet carrying?

Yes, each card is produced on genuine CR80 high-density PVC plastic (the exact standard used for bank cards). It is 100% waterproof, resistant to fading, and features a scratch-resistant protective laminate so it can be kept safely in a wallet for years.
