Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Before printing
You can cancel an order for a full refund until your card design has been approved for printing.
2. After printing
Because every card is personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once the card has been printed or shipped.
3. Damaged or faulty cards
If your card arrives damaged or the QR code does not scan, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint and resend it free of charge.
4. Digital access
Renewal and digital add-ons are non-refundable once activated.
