1. Our service
Love Card produces personalised physical plastic gift cards. Each card carries a permanent QR code that opens a private digital memory page created by the customer.
2. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been verified. Prices, package contents and validity periods are shown on the website at the time of ordering.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text, audio and video you upload. You confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to store, process and display them on your private memory page. Every submission is reviewed before it is published.
4. Validity and renewal
Each memory page stays active for the period included in your package. You can renew at any time and the same QR code keeps working — the card never needs to be reprinted.
5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. You will be able to track your order on our website.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page always applies.
