1. What we collect
Your name, phone number, delivery address and email (to fulfil your order), plus the memories you upload for your card.
2. How memories are protected
- Memory pages are private links that cannot be guessed and are never indexed by search engines. - Optional PIN protection keeps a page locked until the recipient enters the PIN. - Photos have location (EXIF/GPS) data removed on upload. - Media is stored in encrypted cloud storage and only approved content is ever shown.
3. Scan statistics
When a card is scanned we record only the time and a general device type. We never store the scanner's IP address or location.
4. Sharing
We never sell your data. We only share delivery details with our courier partner to deliver your order.
5. Optional AI help
- Our AI tools (letter writer, translation, voice letter, photo enhancement, card design) are optional and only run after you agree. - When you use them, only the text or photo needed for that task is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini, with Cloudflare as a backup) to produce the result. Nothing changes on your card until you choose to use the result. - Our team uses AI to help check submitted content and payment screenshots; a person always makes the final decision. - The website chat assistant answers from our published information. To prevent abuse we keep a one-way scrambled code of your connection, never your IP address itself.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to disable a QR page or delete your content at any time by contacting us.
